Are you the Client Relations and Store Associate we need?
- You're the heart of our client experience, both online and in person. You’ll guide our clients through every step of their journey, from answering questions about gemstones to helping them design their dream ring, to making sure it arrives safely on their doorstep. You’ll keep our showroom welcoming, our jewelry displayed beautifully, and our community feeling seen, heard, and valued.
- You'll work closely with the Shipping, Marketing, Production and Finance teams to keep everything running smoothly and every client interaction meaningful.
- Your goal for this role is to create a customer experience that feels personal, thoughtful and unforgettable, every single time.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'LL BE DOING
You’ll juggle a mix of online client care, in-store guest relations, and behind the scenes coordination to make sure our community feels like they truly matter to us.
You’ll:
- Answer questions, solve problems and celebrate milestones with our clients
- Keep the showroom beautiful and welcoming
- Coordinate custom orders, shipping, returns, repairs and more
- Represent the voice of our customers inside the team
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Online Client Engagement: Engage with (potential) clients and community via email, WhatsApp and social media in a personalized and casual way, with a positive tone.
- Showroom Guest Relations: Engage with clients coming to the showroom
- Store Management: Keep the showroom organized and beautiful
- Consignment & Wholesale: Support partners with stock, communication, and sales updates.
- Marketing Support: Represent our customer voice to the Marketing Team
- Reviews: Encourage raving, five star reviews across a variety of platforms
- Loyalty: Maintain relationships with our most loyal clients
- Shipping and Returns*: Ensure smooth domestic and international shipping (*occasionally)

No in-depth experience needed, because you’ll be trained on the job. We’re looking for an early-career professional with English communication skills, the right attitude and a way with words. Someone keen to learn from and alongside our team. You’re obsessed with detail and understand our unique brand tone of voice, perspective and values.

- Always double check your writing for spelling and grammatical errors and you can bring our brand’s unique, playful voice into the conversation
THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU, IF YOU:
- Have strong written English skills and can communicate clearly and confidently
- Communicate in a warm, conversational, and professional tone
- Are open to constructive feedback and enjoy improving your writing
- Can produce original writing independently, without over-reliance on AI tools
- Are able to work independently and manage your responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Are willing to work on-site in Bali for this role
- Are interested in a long-term position and growing with the company
