The Role

Work Scope

To prepare cost estimates, managing contracts related to environmental works and contributing to environmental reports and proposals.
To work on multiple aspects of business development including sales, brand management and business growth.
To constantly follow up on leads, identify clients’ needs, emails and conduct research on new clients.
Familiarity with environmental regulations, sustainability principles, and best practices in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, and cost control principles
Good to have a flair in writing skills

Ideal Profile

You must have an passion in Environmental Sustainability.
You have working knowledge of Quantity Surveyor, minimally 1 year experience in QS role
Familiarity with environmental regulations, sustainability principles, and best practices in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, and cost control principles
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
