Who we are looking for
We are seeking a skilled Mandarin Translator to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills and the ability to bridge language gaps in a professional environment. This role involves translating spoken and written communication, supporting cross-cultural collaboration, and ensuring accuracy in all translations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate translation and interpretation between Mandarin and English during meetings, calls, and written correspondence.
- Translate project documents, reports, and contracts with attention to detail and cultural nuance.
- Assist project managers in coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, and maintaining documentation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients, vendors, and team members to ensure clear communication.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to management.
