Stable job, but career growth is slow
Pros: The job security is solid for healthcare roles, especially in Medicare billing. Pay and benefits are pretty decent for the Miami, FL area too. They really value keeping patient data accurate.
Cons: Career growth is tough as a Medical Coder here. There aren't many clear paths to advance, and you're mostly stuck in the same role without new responsibilities. Training opportunities are pretty limited.
Advice to Management: Create clearer progression paths for employees, especially for long-term staff. Invest in more training programs for different healthcare administration skills. Show more
