Pros: The base salary for a Junior Consultant was pretty competitive, especially coming right out of university. You get annual bonuses if client projects hit targets, which is a nice boost. It's solid for entry-level consulting roles here.
Cons: The health insurance plan isn't great, and dental coverage is almost non-existent. There's no real focus on a robust long-term incentive plan. Plus, I think PTO could be more generous given the demands of management consulting.
Advice to Management: A1 Consulting Sdn Bhd should definitely revisit the benefits package. Better health and dental, plus more PTO, would make a huge difference for employee retention and morale. Look at what other mid-sized firms offer.
