Pros: I really appreciate the hybrid work arrangement. As a Software Engineer, I can work from home three days a week. It really helps with my commute to the Seattle office and gives me solid work-life balance.
Cons: Sometimes the WFH days make collaboration a bit tough if you need quick whiteboard sessions. It's not always easy to sync up with everyone. Also, some teams struggle with defining their in-office days.
Advice to Management: Encourage teams to set clear expectations for hybrid collaboration tools and in-office schedules. This would help new Software Engineers adjust faster.
