Great Remote Options, Decent for Flexibility
Pros: The remote work policy is a huge pro, especially for my Technical Project Manager role. I've been working from Texas for years. It's a solid win for work-life balance in the tech industry. They truly support the hybrid model too.
Cons: Team collaboration can sometimes be tough with everyone distributed. You might miss out on spontaneous office chats. It can feel like there's less face-to-face mentorship happening.
Advice to Management: Encourage more optional team meetups for remote folks. Find ways to foster connection despite the distributed workforce.

Solid big tech job, culture is okay
Pros: I liked the stability and the people I worked with directly in the San Jose office. There's good knowledge sharing, especially for new hires in networking. The hybrid work setup is pretty flexible too.
Cons: The corporate culture can be a bit slow moving. It's a big tech company, so decision-making takes time. Sometimes the internal tools are a mess, which slows down development for us in enterprise software roles.
Advice to Management: Try to speed up decision processes and invest more in modernizing internal dev tools. It'd really help overall productivity and keep things fresh.

Decent place for a long career, but can be slow
Pros: The people here are genuinely great. I found the teams really supportive as a Software Engineer. There's a strong emphasis on collaboration and an inclusive environment, which is nice for a big tech firm. Plus, the job security is pretty solid.
Cons: Getting new ideas off the ground can be tough. The company culture can feel a bit set in its ways, especially in the core networking industry. Sometimes it feels like there's too much red tape. I worked remote from Seattle, but some teams still push for more onsite time, which isn't ideal.
Advice to Management: Try to empower teams more to innovate faster. Don't be afraid to shed older processes. Listen to feedback on remote work expectations.
