Our Yes Support Mission is to expand our Retail Business to 100 outlets throughout the whole Malaysia in year 2020. Work-life balance is okay, but it's a grind
Pros: The pay is decent for entry-level roles in Kuala Lumpur. You learn a lot fast in the service delivery team. It's a solid place to start your career and build experience.
Cons: Long hours are common. For support roles, it's tough to clock off on time. Working onsite means less flexibility. Overtime isn't always handled well for technical support tasks.
Advice to Management: Try to staff teams better. The workload for customer support specialists can be overwhelming. Improve overtime policies; it really impacts employee morale.
