Pros: My direct managers are pretty supportive, especially for technical roles like mine. We get to work on cool audio solutions for new headset development. The hybrid model offers decent work flexibility.
Cons: Upper leadership in the Copenhagen office can feel a bit out of touch sometimes. Their strategic vision for future products isn't always clear to us. Communication from the top could definitely be better.
Advice to Management: Senior leadership needs to work on being more visible and communicating their long-term vision clearly. Involve the product teams more in strategic decisions for headset development. Better internal communication would make a huge difference.
