Pros: I've learned a lot as a Junior Network Engineer here. The team is collaborative, and you get exposed to a lot of different projects in the IT industry. Some flexibility with hybrid work is nice.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough. It's common to work late, especially when projects are due. The 'hybrid' model often feels more like onsite with extra home work.
Advice to Management: Try to enforce reasonable working hours. More support staff could ease the burden on Junior Network Engineer teams.
