Pros: You get pretty solid job security here for an industrial engineering role. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is usually pretty good to work with. There's a decent structure if you like clear guidelines.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't really a thing at Quest Dynamic Industries Sdn Bhd. As a Junior Engineer, you're expected onsite every day. WFH options are almost nonexistent, even for tasks you could do remotely.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more hybrid options, especially for roles that don't require constant physical presence. It would help with retention and attract more talent, especially for the younger engineers.
