Pros: The hybrid model is a solid perk for us. We get 2-3 days WFH, which really helps with the brutal NYC office commute. As an Associate Consultant, it's good for juggling client work and personal life.
Cons: Sometimes the 'flexibility' isn't really flexible though. Client needs often force you into the office, even on WFH days. It's tough when senior leadership still values face time a bit too much at this consulting firm.
Advice to Management: Management should really stick to the hybrid policy they set. Give teams more autonomy and trust us to deliver, even if we're not in the NYC office every day.
