As a leader in global rights management, PPL ensures those who invest their time, talent and money to make recorded music are compensated where it is used in public by businesses and organisations or broadcast on TV or radio.

We are the UK music industry’s collective management organisation (CMO) for performers and record companies, representing both independent and major record companies together with performers, ranging from emerging grassroots artists through to established session musicians and festival headliners. In addition to operating UK-wide, our market-leading international collections business helps members to maximise their revenue overseas.

Work Flexibility Is Just Okay Here
Pros: You get solid benefits and the pay is decent for a Project Engineer. Being in the Allentown, PA office, you're usually close to things. There are some hybrid options for certain corporate roles.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't consistent across teams. The hybrid model can feel a bit rigid sometimes. True remote work is almost non-existent here, even if your job technically allows it.
Advice to Management: Consider expanding truly flexible work options beyond just hybrid, especially for roles that don't require constant onsite presence. Trust your employees more.
