Pros: I liked the team dynamic in the Denver office for marketing roles. Everyone was pretty collaborative, and we had decent flexibility as a hybrid work setup. People generally want to help each other out, which is nice.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit corporate at times, which isn't always exciting for people in tech job board development. There's not a lot of real innovation driven from the top down. Also, career growth paths aren't always clear for individual contributors.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more genuine innovation and clarify career progression for people in non-management digital roles. It would really help retain talent and make the culture feel more dynamic.
