Proudly Malaysian We are proud to deliver Malaysia’s fastest 100% pure fibre broadband service at speeds of up to 2Gbps to consumers across the country.
At the core of our fully-fiberised network is the Cross Peninsular Cable System (CPCS™), a nationwide fibre optic network that ensures exceptional availability, speed and reliability to meet future demands. It is this network that allows us to commit to end-to-end solutions and services that require the most exacting customer bandwidth needs.
Globally Focused We have set our sights towards a global reach, with stakes in international submarine cable systems such as UNITY, Asia Pacific Gateway (APG), Asia-Africa-Europe-1 (AAE-1) and FASTER that allows us to seamlessly connect Asia to the rest of the world.
With foresight to establish ourselves as a regional cloud business, we offer borderless cloud services housed in our secure, carrier-neutral data centres. We are the gateway for international businesses to their end customers in Southeast Asia.

We remain committed towards pursuing service excellence and pushing the boundaries in technological offerings to be the best-in-class telecommunications provider in Malaysia and beyond.

Pros: As a Network Engineer at TIME dotCom Berhad, I've really appreciated the chance to grow my skills in the telecommunications industry. There's excellent exposure to fibre optics and data center tech. The teams are collaborative, and leadership generally supports learning and development. It's a stable company where you can learn a lot and build a solid foundation.
Cons: Career progression can feel a bit slow, and getting promotions sometimes takes longer than I'd expect. Also, some internal processes for approvals could definitely be more efficient to speed things up.
Advice to Management: Consider streamlining internal approval processes to enhance efficiency. Regularly review and communicate career progression frameworks to give employees clearer visibility on promotion paths.

Pros: The company is a big name in the telecom industry here in Malaysia. As a Software Engineer, I worked on some interesting projects. They do offer some training, which is good for learning new tech skills.
Cons: Upward mobility is definitely a challenge, especially in the Kuala Lumpur office. There just aren't many clear career paths beyond your current role. It can feel like a bit of a corporate logjam when you want to move up.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into creating clearer career progression frameworks for technical staff. Investing in more internal promotions would help with morale and retention.
