Pros: I liked the flexibility with hours, especially with the hybrid model out of the San Francisco office. It's not a strict 9-5 which is nice. As a Software Engineer, I could usually manage my tasks without too much micromanagement.
Cons: Sometimes project deadlines for our document productivity software get really tight. That means late nights and weekend work for development. The workload isn't always consistent, which makes planning personal life tough.
Advice to Management: Try to manage project scopes better and set more realistic deadlines to prevent burnout. Consistent workload would really help employee morale.

Pros: I really liked the product we sold in the document management software industry. As a Sales Representative, you get decent commission potential if you hit your numbers. The hybrid work model in the San Francisco office was also pretty convenient.
Cons: Job security here feels pretty low, especially for sales roles. There have been several rounds of layoffs, which makes everyone nervous. It's hard to feel secure when headcounts are always changing in this startup environment.
Advice to Management: Management needs to be more transparent about company performance and future plans to help with employee morale. It'd be great to see more stability and a clearer strategy to avoid constant restructuring.
