Pros: I like the option for a hybrid work model here. We get a couple of WFH days a week. It helps a lot with my commute to the Stockholm office. As a Technical Support Specialist, it gives me some quiet time to focus on complex tickets.
Cons: The flexibility isn't always consistent across teams. Sometimes, managers are strict about coming in. There's not much room to shift hours if you need to. For a tech company dealing with IoT connectivity solutions, I think we could be more modern.
Advice to Management: Standardize the hybrid policy across departments. Trust employees more with their schedules, especially for roles that don't require constant onsite presence.
