Company Reviews

Ajackus delivers software up to 10x faster using AI-augmented engineering teams. In 14+ years, we've powered $1B+ in client success across FinTech, PropTech, Healthcare, and Enterprise.

We started in a living room 14 years ago. Our first client product, Dotloop, was acquired by Zillow for $110M. That set the standard: engineering excellence that creates real business value.

Since then, we've helped growth-stage startups and global enterprises — Nium, VTS, JLL, Visa, Guidehouse, Gulf Oil — ship products that touch millions of lives across fintech, health tech, prop-tech, and beyond.

In 2024, we embedded AI across our entire development lifecycle. Every Ajackus engineer now works with Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot — backed by prompt libraries, human review gates, and measurable delivery metrics. Projects that used to take months now ship in weeks.

How we work with you:
→ AI-Accelerated Sprints — MVPs in 4–8 weeks, fixed fee
→ Continuous AI Delivery — milestone-based ongoing development
→ AI Enablement Consulting — help your team adopt AI tools with governance and training
→ Team Augmentation — AI-equipped engineers embedded in your workflow

Our track record:
→ 300+ projects · $1B+ client value created · Multiple $100M+ exits
→ Clients across 5 continents and 20+ countries
→ 4.9/5 Clutch · 5/5 GoodFirms · Recognized by The Manifest & Great Place to Work

Vision: To be the world's most trusted AI-accelerated engineering partner, powered by world-class talent from India.

Decent Work-Life, But Project Deadlines are Tough
Pros: You can usually stick to 40-hour weeks as a Software Engineer here. The WFH option in Bangalore is a huge plus, it really helps with personal commitments. Management is pretty understanding if you need a day off for something.
Cons: Project deadlines get crazy sometimes, especially in the FinTech industry. It's hard to avoid working late a few times a month during those crunch periods. Weekends are generally free, but you're always kinda on call for critical issues.
Advice to Management: Focus on more realistic project planning for the software development teams. This would really help reduce the last-minute crunch and late nights. Consistency is key for developer well-being.

Decent Pay, Benefits Need a Boost for Remote Roles
Pros: The base salary for a remote Software Engineer was actually pretty competitive in the tech industry. They always paid on time, which is a solid plus for a startup.
Cons: The benefits package isn't great; health insurance options aren't fantastic. There's not much in terms of extra perks or solid paid time off compared to bigger companies.
Advice to Management: Consider reviewing the benefits package, especially health insurance and PTO. A solid benefits plan could really help with talent retention for remote roles in the tech industry.

Leadership is tough, but the team is good.
Pros: The team members are really solid here. We learn a lot from each other, which is great for any Software Engineer. There's also a decent hybrid model, offering some work flexibility.
Cons: Leadership is pretty disconnected from the project teams. Decisions often feel arbitrary, especially for an agile development environment. This makes getting clear direction tough.
Advice to Management: Senior management needs to engage more with the project teams. Listen to the feedback from us Software Engineers. Improve communication and decision clarity for better project outcomes.
