Pros: They're pretty flexible with the hybrid work setup. As a Software Engineer, I can mostly hit my 40-hour weeks. Some project managers are really good about not over-scheduling in this IT consulting environment.
Cons: But sometimes client demands mean late nights. You really have to speak up to avoid burnout. Deadlines can get tight, which isn't great for your personal life.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize project loads across teams. Better resource allocation would prevent late nights for some of us.
