Leadership is a bit inconsistent at Amaha
Pros: My direct manager was usually pretty solid. They genuinely care about the mental wellness tech space. It's cool to work on a product that helps people.
Cons: Upper leadership decisions often feel pretty opaque. As a Software Engineer, I didn't always get why we shifted priorities. Communication definitely needs work for the whole Bangalore office.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent with company-wide decisions. It helps build trust when people understand the 'why' behind big changes, especially in a growing startup.

Job security is a real concern sometimes
Pros: The best part is the mission. You really feel like you're helping people in mental health tech. Plus, working remote gives you great work flexibility.
Cons: Job security isn't strong. There's always talk about funding rounds and restructuring, which can be unsettling for us as Clinical Therapists. It feels like roles can change or even disappear quickly.
Advice to Management: Be more transparent about the company's financial health and future plans. It would really help reduce anxiety around job security for everyone, especially for Clinical Therapists.
