Okay flexibility, but room for improvement
Pros: For a Technical Support Engineer, the company offers some decent flexibility. I've had a hybrid model for my role, which means I don't have to be in the Pune office five days a week. It's good for juggling personal stuff.
Cons: Work-from-home days aren't always guaranteed, and it really depends on your project or manager. Sometimes, even with the hybrid setup, you're expected to be onsite more often without much warning. True remote work isn't really an option for many roles here, which can be tough.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the work flexibility policies across all teams, especially for roles in the ITES industry. It would really help employees plan better and feel more supported. Also, consider more true remote options for suitable positions.

Decent for entry-level, but flexibility is limited.
Pros: Fixed shifts are good for personal planning. For some ITES roles, there's a WFH option. That's a huge benefit for those specific teams.
Cons: Getting time off is a real struggle, even with notice. Swapping shifts? Forget it, it's almost impossible. As a Customer Support Specialist, you're mostly onsite in the Hyderabad office, no remote work for us.
Advice to Management: Management should consider more flexible work options for the onsite team. It would boost morale if people could swap shifts easier. Better policies around time off requests are also needed.
