Pros: My direct team was really collaborative; we helped each other out constantly. It's a pretty solid group of people, and the hybrid work model here in Boston, MA, offered good flexibility. For a tech industry role, that's a big plus.
Cons: Communication from leadership isn't always clear, which makes it tough to feel connected to the company's bigger picture. There's not a lot of recognition for individual effort, which kind of drags down the company culture.
Advice to Management: Really focus on transparent communication from the top down. Giving more credit where it's due would also go a long way in making people feel valued.
