Project Manager

Project Work is Good, Security Less So
Pros: I've worked on some really cool client projects here as a Project Manager. The hybrid work model in the Seattle, WA office is decent, giving some flexibility. It's a solid place to get diverse IT consulting experience for sure.
Cons: Job security can be tough. When client projects end, there's always a scramble to get staffed, and sometimes that doesn't happen quickly. It feels like you're always proving your worth for the next gig, which isn't great for long-term planning.
Advice to Management: Management needs to get better at proactively placing people between projects. More internal initiatives or a clearer bench strategy would help reduce employee anxiety about job security.
