Decent learning, but growth path is hazy
Pros: As a Software Engineer, I got to dive into some complex cloud software projects right away. You learn a ton by doing. It's a solid place to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Cons: Career growth felt pretty unstructured sometimes. There isn't much of a formal path for promotions or skills development in the SaaS industry here. You're mostly on your own to figure out your next steps, especially working remote from home.
Advice to Management: Please outline clearer career progression plans for your engineers. More structured mentorship or development programs would really help people grow and see a future here in cloud software development.

Leadership is Okay, But Needs More Direction
Pros: Being a fully remote Software Engineer was great. The work-life balance for cloud computing roles is decent here. I typically had 40-hour weeks, and working from home was a huge plus.
Cons: Leadership feels pretty disconnected sometimes. It's tough to get clear direction on projects, especially for a data management platform. Communication from the top isn't consistent, and they often miss technical nuances.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving internal communication, especially regarding project goals and technical strategy for engineering teams. More presence and understanding from senior leadership would help a lot.
