Cons: Career progression can sometimes feel a bit slow here; it takes time to move up, even with consistent effort. While the work-life balance is generally good, there are occasional busy periods that require extra effort, especially around peak season. Also, some of our internal tools can be a bit dated, which can slow things down.
Advice to Management: Consider clearer paths and timelines for career advancement, and invest in updating some of the older internal systems to improve efficiency during busy periods.
