“The platform gave us clear instructions on how we can back up. It was a step-by-step guided workflow. We tried removing data on a regular basis which is the daily restoration process. We also tried weekly backups that were the level of depth to which we can actually store information. Everything went flawlessly.” - Rajith Medagani, Director, Brand Support Solutions, Hilton

Pros: The health insurance options are decent, I'll give them that. They cover most of my medical bills without too much hassle. For a smaller startup, the basic benefits package is actually pretty solid.
Cons: The base salary for a Software Engineer here is just not competitive for the San Francisco market. I've seen much better total compensation packages for similar cloud solutions roles. Raises are small, and don't expect big bonuses or stock options.
Advice to Management: You guys need to seriously re-evaluate the compensation bands for technical roles. Pay for Software Engineers, especially in the San Francisco office, needs to be more competitive if you want to attract and keep top talent. The current pay doesn't match the cost of living or industry standards.

Pros: I liked working on real Salesforce DevOps challenges. There's a lot of interesting tech to learn if you're into CI/CD pipeline automation. It was cool to work fully remote as a Software Engineer.
Cons: Job security feels a bit shaky sometimes in this startup environment. Project priorities can shift fast, which makes long-term planning tough. I always felt like my role could change or disappear, especially in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Advice to Management: Try to provide more clarity on long-term strategy and employee roles. Clearer communication on project stability would help a lot.

Pros: I've enjoyed the remote work flexibility here. As a Salesforce Developer, it's cool to be at the forefront of DevOps solutions for the Salesforce ecosystem. The team members are generally pretty smart.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit fragmented, especially as a remote employee. There's not a lot of social interaction or team building events. Sometimes it feels like communication from leadership isn't clear, causing confusion.
Advice to Management: Focus on building more intentional team connections for remote staff. Improve leadership transparency on company direction and decisions.
