Leadership is okay, still finding their stride
I spent a couple of years at Commit as a Talent Partner working remotely. The overall leadership is fine, but it's clear they're still figuring things out in a fast-paced tech industry startup.
Some managers are really good at coaching and giving feedback. There's a decent focus on developing folks, which is nice for a startup environment. We do have solid remote work flexibility.
The overall company vision from top leadership can feel a bit scattered sometimes. It's tough when direction changes for key initiatives, especially for us working with engineering talent. There's also not always clear communication on strategic shifts.
Try to communicate the bigger picture and strategic shifts more consistently. Clearer goals from the top would really help everyone stay aligned.
