Cons: Upper management struggles with clear communication on strategy. It's tough to see the big picture for our printing and packaging industry solutions. They often make decisions without much team input, which can be frustrating; you don't always feel heard.
Advice to Management: Work on transparent communication. It'd help teams understand where ePS is really headed and how our work fits in.
