Company Reviews

If you have a passion for trading, data science, or data engineering, there is no better time to join our expansion and share in the spoils of superior performance, alongside the psychological safety of a 20-year old proven and profitable track record.

Edge Stackers is a privately owned investment, trading and technology company. We utilise a range of quantitative techniques and proprietary algorithmic systems fused with game theory to identify and exploit domestic and international market inefficiencies.

Arms locked, marching together is an accurate way to describe our company culture.

We value quality over quantity and operate as a small team, comprising the best-of-the-best, who pursue excellence in everything we do.

Our team of outliers are exceptional problem solvers, humble, loyal and have a relentless hunger to improve. Relishing the challenge of attacking projects few can successfully complete, our team are rewarded with superior compensation, autonomy and long-term growth opportunities.

With a full-time, in-house performance coach, alongside a national and international eco-system of expert mentoring, support and resources, our focus is always on supporting and developing our people.

If you are ready to lock arms and collaborate with our down-to-earth and outstanding data and trading team members, and would be motivated by a meritocratic environment where capitalising on collective intelligence surpasses titles, ego and hierarchy, then we look forward to hearing from you.

Decent place for a Software Engineer, but leadership needs help
Pros: I've enjoyed the technical challenges here at Edge Stackers. As a Software Engineer, there's always new tech to explore, especially in edge computing applications. The remote work setup is also fantastic for work-life balance.
Cons: The leadership team struggles with communication and clear direction for engineering projects. It often feels like we're scrambling due to last-minute changes. There's not much transparency about company goals.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving communication from the top down. Give teams clear roadmaps and stick to them. Invest in leadership training for project managers and senior engineers to foster better team environments for our technical staff.
