Cons: The 'flexibility' can be pretty rigid, though. It's often a strict 3 days onsite, 2 remote setup. There isn't much personal choice or team-specific adaptation for remote work, which is tough as a Software Developer trying to juggle complex projects and sometimes needing deep focus at home.
Advice to Management: Really look at what 'work flexibility' means for your tech startup employees. A mandated hybrid schedule isn't truly flexible.
