Pros: We do get two WFH days a week, which is a solid start for a mid-sized corporate in the agriculture sector. It's nice to cut down on the commute a couple of days and helps with some errands.
Cons: However, it's not really flexible beyond those two days. As an Agronomy Specialist, I can't easily shift my core hours for appointments. There's not much wiggle room if you need more than the standard WFH days for personal stuff.
Advice to Management: Consider allowing more variation in core hours or more occasional WFH days for those in roles like crop science, especially when there aren't client-facing needs.

Pros: As a Marketing Specialist, I've felt pretty secure here. The nutrition tech industry is growing, so there's consistent demand for our wellness products. Nutrient feels like a stable mid-sized tech company, not a volatile startup.
Cons: Job security can feel a little less certain for new hires. There have been a few rounds of layoffs in the past, especially impacting the Austin, TX office. It's not a place for rapid career changes.
Advice to Management: Focus on transparent communication during any restructuring to ease employee concerns. Invest more in career pathing for all roles, not just senior leadership.
