Pros: My direct manager in the Nashville, TN office was pretty supportive. They really look out for their Registered Nurse staff. There's a decent support system within our unit, which helps a lot with patient care.
Cons: Upper management in this hospital system feels really disconnected. It's tough to get clear decisions, and sometimes changes come down without much explanation for frontline staff. The communication isn't always great, especially for us in the healthcare industry.
Advice to Management: Upper leadership should spend more time on the floor. Talk to us nurses and get a real feel for daily operations instead of making decisions from afar.
