Pros: As a Process Engineer, my hours were usually pretty consistent, around 45 hours a week. There's some flexibility if you need to WFH occasionally, which is nice for an industrial manufacturing company.
Cons: Project deadlines for new refractory materials could sometimes mean longer days, especially if you're onsite. There's not a lot of work flexibility beyond that, so don't expect full remote options.
