Pros: The core product in the e-learning industry is pretty solid and has a consistent client base. My team for content development was stable for a good while, and remote work offers decent flexibility.
Cons: There have been too many reorganizations and leadership shifts lately. It's hard to feel secure with constant layoffs hitting different departments, even for senior roles. You just don't know if your job is safe.
Advice to Management: Try to stabilize the organization and be more transparent with employees about future plans. The constant changes are creating a lot of anxiety and impacting morale across the company.
