Okay for learning, but career growth is slow
Pros: You definitely learn a lot here, especially on big projects. As a Software Engineer, I got to work with some pretty new tech stacks in the mobile gaming space. It's a solid place to gain experience in the tech industry.
Cons: Promotion paths aren't clear at all. It feels like you hit a ceiling pretty fast, especially in the Ho Chi Minh City office. There isn't much mentorship for career advancement beyond your initial role.
Advice to Management: Create clearer progression paths for engineers. Invest more in leadership training for managers so they can mentor staff better.

Decent Pay for Tech, But Benefits Are Just Okay
Pros: As a Software Engineer in the HCMC office, the base salary here is pretty competitive for the local tech industry. You can expect a solid annual bonus too, which helps make up for some things.
Cons: The benefits package isn't anything special though. Health insurance could be way better, and there aren't many unique perks compared to some big tech places. Retirement plans are standard, nothing to write home about.
Advice to Management: Consider reviewing and upgrading the health and wellness benefits. Better long-term incentives would also help with retention for engineering roles, especially in this competitive market.
