Pros: The base salary for entry-level data analyst roles is actually pretty solid. You can get a decent start here, even as a fresh grad. I've also found the health insurance premium isn't too bad if you stick with the basic plan.
Cons: Yearly raises are pretty small, often just covering inflation, which is tough. I think the 401k match could be way more generous; it's below what I've seen at other tech companies. The cost of better healthcare plans is also a killer.
Advice to Management: Revisit the 401k matching program to be more competitive. Also, look into reducing employee contributions for better healthcare tiers.
