Responsibilities: 

  •  To input/ update data in the computer systems
  • Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing data
  •  Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Assist to ensure all paperwork is well prepared and filed accordingly
  • Adhere to all SOPs and compliance procedures
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • To perform any other tasks as and when required.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good computer proficiency in MS Office
  • Good written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Proactive, meticulous, team player, initiative with positive work attitude
  • Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment 


Required Skill(s): 

  • Accounting software (AUTO COUNT)
  • Attention to details, able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Positive & proactive mindset will be added advantage.

Working Hour: 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday)
