Pros: Working as a Career Advisor here, the flexibility is pretty good. We get a couple of WFH days, which is a lifesaver. It's a mid-sized company, so you don't feel like just a number, and the team is generally supportive.
Cons: However, the work-life balance can get tricky. During peak hiring season in the recruitment industry, expect some longer hours. Projects can pile up, and it's tough when you're in the Kuala Lumpur office late trying to meet deadlines.
