Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities:
- Inbound Data Management: Gain hands-on experience by accurately keying in inbound shipping data into our Inbound Tracking System.
- Sample Collection Coordination: Learn operational coordination by issuing Collection Advice for sample items from SIRIM.
- Customs Documentation: Assist in the meticulous filing of Customs CS documents.
- Global Business Support: Provide essential support by furnishing Customs CS and Invoice copies to our Global Business (GB) team upon request, learning about internal stakeholder communication.
Internship Project Focus:
- Tariff Code Update Project: Contribute to an important data accuracy project by updating the HS Codes of new SKUs into our Tariff code file.
