Computer literate MS Excel / Words / Autocad / Scheduling Software
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Responsibility/Job Description
Report the site progress of the project and update the daily record via in house mobileManage and coordinate project activities including planning, system design, procurement & proper implementation on site.
Coordinating with main contractor and manage project to achieve completion target.
To prepare shop drawing, material submission, work method statement & installation check list
Material planning & procurement to ensure continuity and smooth works on site
To perform testing & commissioning and keep all the records
Preparing O&M (operation & maintenance manual) and handover the project to clients
Attend site meeting and monitor site work progress, sub-con & workers attendance application daily
