Role Summary
The Affiliate Associate supports the planning, execution, and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns across marketplaces and social platforms. This role works closely with the Affiliate Manager and Account Managers to execute day-to-day affiliate operations, manage creator relationships, and track performance, while gradually building strategic and analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support the sourcing and recruitment of affiliate creators via platforms such as TikTok Creator Marketplace, Shopee Affiliate, and other relevant channels.
- Assist in evaluating creators based on brand fit, content quality, audience relevance, and past performance.
- Coordinate affiliate onboarding, including documentation, content guidelines, timelines, and platform setup.
- Maintain and update affiliate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Affiliate Campaign Execution
- Execute affiliate campaign briefs in collaboration with the Affiliate & Content Partnership Director, Affiliate Manager and Account Managers.
- Coordinate content submissions, posting schedules, and campaign deliverables with affiliates.
- Ensure affiliates follow brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives .
- Support the execution of monthly content targets per affiliate.
- Affiliate Relationship & Community Support
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned affiliates.
- Provide affiliates with campaign updates, promotions, content reminders, and basic performance feedback.
- Support community engagement initiatives such as group chats, incentives, and training sessions.
- Escalate performance or compliance issues to the Affiliate Manager / Affiliate & Content Partnership Director when needed.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track affiliate performance metrics including content output, clicks, conversions, and GMV.
- Maintain weekly and monthly performance trackers and dashboards.
- Assist in preparing performance summaries, insights, and post-campaign reports.
- Identify early signals of high-performing and underperforming affiliates for optimization.
- Internal Coordination & Support
- Work closely with interns on recruitment, monitoring, and data collection tasks.
- Coordinate with Account Managers to align affiliate execution with broader client campaigns.
- Support internal reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Experience & Knowledge
- 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, KOL management, or e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on exposure to at least one affiliate or marketplace ecosystem ( e.g. Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada).
- Basic understanding of affiliate mechanics such as commission structures, tracking links, and content-to-conversion flows.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong execution and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills when working with creators and internal teams.
- Comfortable working with data, trackers, and performance dashboards.
- Willingness to learn and grow into more strategic and analytical responsibilities over time.

Tools & Technology
- Familiarity with social media platforms and affiliate dashboards.
