The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Manager – Implementation to lead a team of Implementation Consultants responsible for delivering successful product implementations for enterprise customers. This role requires a strong blend of people management, customer engagement, project management, and solution consulting
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Implementation Consultants.
- Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for enterprise customers.
- Ensure successful onboarding, product configuration, customization, and go-live within agreed timelines.
- Drive implementation quality, customer satisfaction, and timely project delivery.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Build implementation plans, allocate resources, and monitor project health.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify implementation risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Track team productivity, utilization, and implementation KPIs.
- Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance management.
- Develop implementation best practices, SOPs, and reusable templates.
- Provide product feedback to internal teams based on customer requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7–12 years of experience in SaaS Implementation, Professional Services, Customer Success, or Consulting.
- 4+ years of experience managing implementation teams.
- Strong understanding of CRM, SaaS products, APIs, workflows, and business process automation.
- Experience managing multiple enterprise implementation projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
- Strong project management and analytical abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle customer escalations with a solution-oriented mindset.
