Job Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Monitor audio and video quality for DTH, Broadband and New Media Platform from the Master Control Room to ensure all operating guidelines are maintained accordingly:
Ensure detailed monitoring carried out with the aid of checklist which is consist of subtitle, audio and video checking.
Coordination of High Priority Live Event detailed monitoring.
Ensuring escalation of issues to relevant recipient as per SOP.
Perform Network monitoring, fault resolution, technical support and attend to trouble ticket for all areas under departmental responsibilities.
Perform proactive monitoring on the content and system/network performance to ensure compliance with specifications
