About the role

As a Project Supervisor (M&E) at Hong Poh Engineering Construction Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of mechanical and electrical (M&E) construction projects at our Penang-based worksites. • Bertanggungjawab untuk merekodkan semua alat ganti masuk dan keluar di kedai
• Mengekalkan dan mengemas kini rekod setiap hari menggunakan Excel
• Semua pengeluaran barang mesti disokong oleh borang pengeluaran yang lengkap & bukti bergambar (termasuk orang dan barang)

2. Pengurusan Bahan Api (Kawalan Minyak)

• Lakukan pemeriksaan harian pada paras bahan api (termasuk tangki gelincir, dsb.)
• Pastikan paras bahan api sebenar sepadan dengan rekod Excel
• Sebarang percanggahan hendaklah dilaporkan dengan segera bersertakan dokumentasi yang betul

3. Pengurusan Peralatan & Bahan Pembinaan

3.1 Bertanggungjawab untuk menguruskan semua barang berkaitan pembinaan di stor, termasuk:

• Mesin
• Paip air
• Penutup dan aksesori lain
• Mesti mempunyai pengetahuan yang jelas tentang:
• Kuantiti peralatan
• Keadaan (Baik / Rosak)

3.2 Kawalan Penggunaan & Penyelenggaraan:

• Semua penggunaan barang mesti direkodkan dengan bukti bergambar
• Rekod pengguna, tujuan dan masa penggunaan
• Peralatan yang rosak mestilah:
• Dihantar untuk dibaiki dengan segera
• Direkodkan dengan betul (status dihantar & dikembalikan)

3.3 Keperluan Khas:

• Rancang dan rekod mesin yang diperlukan untuk kegunaan hari berikutnya
• Rekodkan semua alat ganti dan bahan yang digunakan untuk pembaikan lori

4. Pengambilan Stok & Organisasi

• Pastikan: Stok fizikal sepadan dengan rekod & organisasi dan susunan yang betul
• Sebarang percanggahan hendaklah disiasat dan dilaporkan dengan segera

5. Pemeriksaan & Pemantauan Kedai Harian

Kami sedang mencari Pembantu Akaun yang berorientasikan perincian untuk menyokong jabatan perakaunan kami. • Melaksanakan tugas pembukuan harian seperti kemasukan data, invois, akaun, penyelarasan bank, penyelenggaraan lejar, pembayaran balik tunai runcit

• Membantu dalam proses penutupan akhir bulan, termasuk menyiarkan catatan jurnal, laporan stok bulanan & penutupan

Tanggungjawab:

• Melaporkan kepada SHO/Pengurus Keselamatan. Membantu jabatan keselamatan di tapak tugas penyeliaan keselamatan.
• Memeriksa dan membetulkan sebarang keadaan yang tidak selamat di tapak pembinaan
• Membetulkan sebarang amalan yang tidak selamat
• Memeriksa kerja subkontraktor bagi memastikan pematuhan terhadap Akta dan Peraturan yang dibuat di bawahnya dipatuhi.
• Berhubung dengan penyelia keselamatan kontraktor yang dilantik di bawah Peraturan 26 berkenaan dengan keselamatan kerja yang dijalankan oleh subkontraktor.
• Memberi nasihat, melaksanakan, pematuhan dan penambahbaikan berterusan untuk keselamatan, kesihatan dan keselamatan syarikat serta perkara berkaitannya mengikut keperluan berkanun & peraturan serta keperluan standard.
• Menjalankan semakan berkala terhadap dasar keselamatan Syarikat dan memulakan pengemaskinian prosedur apabila perlu
• Mengurus pentadbiran dokumentasi perundangan dan memantau semua kerja yang mematuhi JKKP, DOE, BOMBA & badan kerajaan berkaitan lain mengikut keperluan dan piawaian perundangan mereka.
• Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain apabila diperlukan oleh syarikat.

Keperluan:

• Calon mestilah sekurang-kurangnya mempunyai Diploma dan mempunyai Pemegang Buku Kuning yang diperakui dan sah.
• Sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam bidang berkaitan diperlukan untuk jawatan ini.

Tanggungjawab Kerja:

• Memastikan semua kerja projek dijalankan mengikut Akta Kesihatan & Keselamatan Pekerjaan.

• Menyelia aktiviti harian di tempat kerja pembinaan.
• Menjalankan pemeriksaan berkala untuk memastikan semuanya berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, yang akan melibatkan pencarian dan pembetulan sebarang bahaya (iaitu, keadaan tidak selamat di tapak pembinaan).
• Memeriksa kerja subkontraktor bagi memastikan pematuhan dengan akta dan peraturan yang ditetapkan.
• Melibatkan pemeriksaan untuk mengetahui sama ada pekerja di tapak menggunakan peralatan pelindung yang betul yang diperlukan untuk setiap unit kerja, dan memastikan bahawa mereka (pekerja) memahami sepenuhnya cara menggunakan alat dan kelengkapan tertentu.
• Menentukan punca utama kemalangan berkaitan kerja dan membuat cadangan yang perlu dipatuhi bagi mengelakkan kemalangan tersebut berulang.
• Mengatur program latihan tentang langkah-langkah keselamatan di tempat kerja.
• Menerima dan bertindak atas laporan mengenai kebimbangan keselamatan daripada pekerja di tapak pembinaan/tempat kerja.
• Memperkenalkan langkah-langkah yang akan membantu membendung kemalangan di tempat kerja.
• Pastikan terdapat program/rutin keselamatan supaya semua orang mengetahui langkah berjaga-jaga dan tindakan yang perlu diambil sekiranya berlaku kemalangan.
• Menghadiri mesyuarat tapak seperti yang diperlukan.
• Melaksanakan sebarang tugas berkaitan lain yang diarahkan dari semasa ke semasa oleh pihak pengurusan.

Keperluan Kerja:

• Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Diploma, Diploma Lanjutan/Tinggi/Siswazah, Ijazah Sarjana Muda Kejuruteraan (Alam Sekitar/Kesihatan/Keselamatan) atau setaraf.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all project works are conducted in compliance to the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Responsible for all the requirements and documents required by Occupational Health & Safety Department.
• Has specific knowledge on OSH legislations, occupational risk assessment, preparation of safe operating procedure, monitoring the effectiveness of control measures, encouraging worker’s participation and continuously improving to ensure sustained compliance to OSH law.
• Compile safety programs, practice safe working techniques, implement and maintain health and safety standards.
• Supervises day-to-day activities within a construction workplace.
• Conducting regular inspections to make sure everything is as it should be, which will involve looking for and rectifying any hazards (i.e., Unsafe conditions at the construction site).
• Checking of sub-contractors work to ensure compliance with the established act and regulations.
• Entails checking to know if the workers within the site are making use of proper protective equipment required for each work unit, and make sure that they (the workers) fully understand how to use certain tools and equipment.
• Determine the primary cause(s) of work-related accident and draws up recommendations that should be adhered to avoid the recurrence of such accident(s).
• Arranges training programs on safety measures within the workplace.
• Receives and acts on reports regarding safety concerns from workers within the construction site/workplace.
• Introduces measures that will help curb accidents within the workplace.
• Make sure there is a safety programme/routine in place so that everyone knows the precautions and actions to take in case of an accident.
• Attend site meetings as required.
• Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possesses at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• Candidate must be a registered Safety & Health Officer with the Occupational Safety & Health Department (DOSH) with valid GREEN BOOK.
• Experienced in industrial project will be added advantage.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Competent and well-versed with the latest Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Candidate must have ability to maintain effective work relationships and good organization skills.
• Able to work under high pressure work environment.
