Pros: The people are generally supportive here. As a Quality Engineer, I found the training in the medical device industry pretty thorough. It's a big, corporate environment with decent resources.
Cons: The company culture can be a bit slow moving sometimes. There's a lot of bureaucracy that just bogs things down. It feels like innovation can get stuck with all the red tape.
Advice to Management: Try to speed up decision-making and reduce some of the red tape. Empower teams more so innovation can happen faster.
