Pros: It's nice they offer a hybrid work model, with set days in the office. This structure gives some predictability, which is fine for routine tasks. You get a couple of work-from-home days a week.
Cons: The core hours are pretty strict, even on WFH days. As a consultant, it's tough with client engagements; you can't easily shift hours. There's not much room to adjust your daily schedule.
Advice to Management: Trust your teams more to manage their own time, especially during client engagements. Loosen up those core hours a bit.
