Work-Life Balance Can Be a Real Push
Pros: As a remote Account Manager, I appreciate not having a daily commute, which definitely saves time. When you have a solid client, hitting 40-hour weeks is totally doable and it feels good. There's some flexibility if your immediate team is chill.
Cons: The biggest con for work-life balance is client expectations in the marketing execution world. Some clients expect you to be on all the time, which can lead to late nights and checking emails constantly. You'll often find yourself working past traditional hours to meet tight deadlines.
Advice to Management: Management should try to implement clearer boundaries with clients regarding communication outside of business hours to help support work-life balance for Account Managers. It'd also be good to review account loads more regularly.

Cons: Still, a lot of it feels project-based, so for fully remote roles like mine, there's always a slight worry. If a big client drops off, you feel the instability. It's not a super high-growth company either, so upward movement feels slow.
