Pros: I've found the work-life balance here is pretty decent for an IT consulting firm. There's often flexibility with hybrid work, which is a big plus. As a Software Engineer, I can usually wrap things up by 5 or 6 PM.
Cons: But it's not always perfect. Some agile projects get intense, especially when client deadlines hit. Sometimes you're on a client site in Zurich and the commute adds up, making WLB tougher.
Advice to Management: Keep pushing for reasonable project scopes and empowering teams to say no when capacity is truly maxed out. It helps us avoid burnout.

Pros: I really liked the hybrid setup; you'd typically be in the Stuttgart office 2-3 days a week. For a Software Engineer, those WFH days were super helpful for deep work. It offers a decent balance for software development projects.
Cons: My biggest gripe is that work flexibility can totally swing based on the project and client demands. Some IT consulting gigs meant more onsite time than I'd prefer, which sometimes made the hybrid promise feel a bit inconsistent.
Advice to Management: Keep pushing for consistent work flexibility across all client projects. It's a huge draw for talent in the IT consulting industry. Standardize the hybrid model where possible.

Pros: They have a strong pipeline of digital transformation projects, which means steady work. As an IT consultant, I've had good opportunities. The job security feels pretty decent for a mid-sized consulting company.
Cons: Between client projects, there can be a slight lull in activity. It sometimes feels like you're only as secure as your current project. More transparency on future project assignments would be good.
Advice to Management: Improve the visibility of upcoming projects for consultants. Clearer communication around transitions could boost job security feelings even more.
