Okay Flexibility for RPO Roles, Some Core Hours
Pros: I liked that they do offer remote work options, which is a big plus for the RPO industry. As a Recruitment Specialist, I could mostly manage my own daily tasks. There's a decent amount of trust with your direct manager.
Cons: The core hours were pretty strict; it cut into true work flexibility. Sometimes it felt more like a hybrid model, even being remote from Dallas, TX, because certain meetings were mandatory during specific windows. You can't always shift your schedule easily.
Advice to Management: Loosen up a bit on those core hours, especially for remote employees. True work flexibility would really improve morale for recruitment specialist roles.

Okay Pay, Benefits Could Use a Boost
Pros: The base salary for a Talent Acquisition Specialist was competitive, especially for remote RPO roles. I always got paid on time, which isn't a given everywhere. They also offered some solid performance bonuses.
Cons: The benefits package felt pretty basic, honestly. Health insurance options weren't great, and there wasn't much for retirement matching. I really wish they'd invest more in comprehensive benefits for remote employees.
Advice to Management: Focus on enhancing the benefits package, especially for health and retirement. It would really help with retaining talent in the competitive recruitment process outsourcing market. A stronger benefits program would make a big difference for remote teams.
