Cons: The leadership team sometimes struggled with clear communication, especially on bigger projects. As an Outsourcing Consultant, I often felt a bit lost on direction. There's not much transparency from the top, which can be frustrating.
Advice to Management: Work on improving internal communication across departments and with remote teams. More transparency from senior leadership would really help build trust and clarity for roles like Outsourcing Consultant.
